Service Standards
To join the network, garages must meet a strict quality criteria covering premises, facilities, technical equipment and knowledge, health & safety standards and above all, levels of customer service. Garage standards are constantly monitored and garages keep their place on the network on merit and they work hard to retain their place.
NSN uses high quality oils and parts which are manufacturer equivalent parts so will not invalidate any manufacturer warranty.

Our prices reflect our purchasing power and the quality of service you receive. The price quoted is the price charged, if, during the repair we discover that additional work is required we will contact you for authorisation BEFORE undertaking the work - customers' are always fully informed and in total control.

Prices are set by our unique pricing system NOT the individual garage, we control every stage in the process and we go even further to ensure you are accurately charged by managing all invoicing and payments centrally so there is no opportunity for garages to overcharge.
Our expert controllers monitor the work on your vehicle and use their extensive automotive experience and market leading databases of information to ensure that only work that is genuinely required is undertaken. Our mechanics are on hand to answer any technical questions you may have in non technical language.

NSN Unique Guarantee
National Service Network provides a unique national 12 month guarantee on maintenance and repair work carried out by its' network.
All work is covered by a 12 month warranty on parts and labour (subject to terms and conditions). This innovative scheme does not require customers' to produce receipts or debate what work was done. Simply call the National Service Network customer care number on 0870 242 2291 and our system will have tracked work previously undertaken on the vehicle to enable us to get the problem rectified as soon as possible.
National Service Network's warranty covers you for work undertaken anywhere in the country. If the vehicle repair was done in a National Service Network Garage whilst on holiday in Cornwall and you are now back home in Newcastle, no problem - simply call customer care centre on 0870 242 2291 and we will book you in to have the problem rectified at you local National Service Garage.
